A Path of Mastery in Healing, Movement, and Human Understanding

Heal with precision. Teach with wisdom. Lead with heart.

The Circle Yoga Shala Yoga Therapy Certification is a comprehensive, multi-layered training pathway that unites our speciality trainings—Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, MoveWise, Harmonious Living, plus a Supervised Practicum Module—into one integrated system of embodied therapeutics.

This certification empowers you to see, assess, and serve the whole human being—body, breath, and mind—with both the rigor of modern movement science and the depth of traditional Yoga and Ayurveda.

How you stand out with our circle yoga method

The Circle Yoga Method is a living system of health and transformation—honoring ancient wisdom while integrating modern anatomy, biomechanics, and psychology.

Our approach stands apart because it restores harmony across every layer of being.

🪶 A Vision of the Human as Anti-Fragile — Cultivate resilience, adaptability, and strength—on the mat, in your practice, and in life.

🪶 An East–West Integration — We weave together the wisdom of Eastern philosophy and Western science, drawing on the strengths of both without dismissing either.

🪶 A Truly Holistic Approach — “As Above, So Below” — Work with the body as a doorway to transformation. When physical alignment shifts, lifestyle habits, emotional patterns, and subtle imbalances begin to realign as well.

🪶 Therapeutic Techniques Rooted in Human Development and Natural Rhythms — Explore how the body’s innate patterns—from crawling and squatting to walking and resting—inform healthy movement, breath, and behavior.

🪶 Adaptation as Medicine — No single remedy works forever. As the body, seasons, and circumstances evolve, practices must adapt to stay effective and alive.

🪶 Intelligent Nourishment — Every form of intake—food, breath, media, or thought—can act as medicine or poison. Learn to refine what you take in and how you process it to cultivate vitality and longevity.

🪶 Sustainable Transformation — Gradual, rhythmic change creates lasting results. Through steady practice, reflection, and rhythm, we cultivate transformation that endures.

Training content

Our training unfolds through four immersive intensives, each one building on the last. Each intensive reinforces what came before, while adding new dimensions of depth, nuance, and application. Every intensive includes philosophy, asana, meditation/pranayama, practice teaching, and sequencing.

Intensive 1 lays the foundation for the entire program with chikitsa (therapeutic) practices designed to restore harmony and adaptability in the human system. Drawing from natural developmental movement patterns, we explore the Evolutionary Namaskar and integrate soft tissue mobilization techniques to address mobility limitations and movement compensations.

Intensive 2 introduces Ayurveda and the three doshas as a framework for personalizing practice and harmonizing the system. Biomechanically, we explore how and when to stabilize the spine through the “Big Four” postures and precise language cues. The intensive also dives deeper into the principles of Pranayama and dosha-based adjustments to support both practice and teaching.

Intensive 3 explores Prana and the five Vayus as subtle forces that shape movement, breath, and meditation. You’ll learn to infuse asana, pranayama, and meditation with the qualities of each Vayu, adding depth and nuance to practice. Biomechanically, we focus on squat and posterior chain activations to expand your functional movement repertoire. The intensive also includes a deep dive into the principles of meditation.

Two people doing yoga stretches on mats in a cozy wooden room with large windows and a view of trees.

Intensive 4 focuses on tailoring practice to students’ capacities, from therapeutic support to functional movement and advanced performance. Biomechanically, we progress to complex multiplane and locomotion-based flows, integrating all previous mobility and stability lessons. The intensive also explores the relationship between Samadhi and the Flow state, offering insight into higher cognitive awareness.
