How you stand out with our circle yoga method
With the Circle Yoga Method, you don’t just learn techniques—you become a specialist.
Our MoveWise Biomechanical Certification equips you with the rare ability to see movement patterns clearly, assess them with precision, and guide transformation with confidence.
Our Method is founded on:
🪶 Patterns, not parts: We identify and correct whole-body movement patterns rather than isolating individual body parts.
🪶 Functional and developmental lens: Movement is analyzed through the lens of human development and functional patterns to restore efficiency and resilience.
🪶 Whole “movement diet”: We consider all daily movements (or lack thereof) that shape the body over time, and aim to create balance and variety in that movement “diet.”
🪶 Correction ≠ “working out”: Corrective work targets asymmetries and dysfunction, distinct from general strength or endurance training that simply fatigue to grow muscle.
🪶 Intelligent approach to pain: We don’t ignore pain—but we also work with it thoughtfully, knowing when to challenge and when to support the nervous system.
🪶 Individuality matters: Corrective strategies must be made unique to each person, informed by their movement history, past injuries, as well as their goals and aspirations.
🪶 Holistic approach — “as above, so below”: We know that working with the physical body also influences lifestyle habits, emotional patterns, and deeper imbalances.
Who is THIS For?

🪷 You’re a yoga teacher who has felt frustrated hearing a student says, “This pose hurts,” because you don’t feel fully equipped to assess or respond with confidence.
🪷 You’re a fitness professional whose students keep showing up, but they aren’t progressing, and you want the skills to guide them more effectively.
🪷 You’ve noticed recurring asymmetries or compensations in your classes or sessions but lack a clear framework to assess and correct them.
🪷 You’re working with clients with limited mobility—those who struggle to get up and down from the floor—and you want to help restore their independence and quality of life.
🪷 You’re leading group classes and feel ready to expand into private client work—offering personalized assessments, corrective strategies, and higher-value services that set you apart.
🪷 You want to add a movement-based dimension to your existing one-on-one sessions—ease discomfort, accelerate progress, and overall deepen the value of your work.
If any of this resonates, MoveWise is designed to fill those gaps and equip you to become the specialist, guide, and practitioner your clients are looking for.

Certification content
This first intensive lays the groundwork for Ayurvedic assessment, giving you the tools to identify native constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances (vrikriti). You'll learn to recognize the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—through in physical features, physiology, and pulse, and map the patterns of the doshas to areas of imbalance.
You’ll also receive practical health strategies based on circadian rhythms, learning how sleep, eating patterns, and daily routines influence long-term well-being.
This intensive focuses on applying Ayurvedic principles to common health concerns, including disorders of the digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and endocrine systems, as well as cancer. You'll deepen your ability to assess the dosha at the root of any disease, and learn to recognize how various symptoms manifest across different tissues (dhatus), waste products (malas) and winds (vayus).
Through case studies, hands-on practice and mentorship, you’ll develop the skills to:
Create individualized, disease-specific practices.
Bring Ayurveda into your group yoga classes.
