The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Schedule

🪶 You’ll be invited to complete a ‘one and done’ payment OR start monthly payments (that will take place on the same day of every month for 4 months) at least 30 days before the training starts.

In the case of enrolling within 30 days of the training start, you must complete your payment within three days of your deposit.

You will be suspended from the program if you don’t fulfill your financial obligations.

Refunds

🪶 Your payment is 100% refundable if you make a request 31 days (or more) before the program start (arrival date on property).

🪶 Your payment is non-refundable 30 days (or less) before the program start (arrival date on property).

Other Fees

🪶 Students may incur financial obligations for teaching arrangements outside of the designated curriculum and policies. Our fees are as follows:

  • Additional Private sessions with a lead trainer ($150/hour).

  • Additional hardcopies of your certificate ($10/copy).

  • Resubmitting your certification materials, in case you need to re-take the certification ($150-$300).

Deferral and Withdrawal

Deferral Policy

🪶 There are no deferrals for this program. We recommend you plan to attend both intensives.

In case you miss an intensive, you will need to start the program again and plan to pay for the program in full at the time of the registration.

Withdrawal Policy

🪶 To withdraw from the program, please notify us in writing, including the reason for withdrawal. In such case:

  • The withdrawal will be effective immediately.

  • The student will lose access to the Training Hub.

  • There are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

🪶 In the unlikely event of a course cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a training up to seven (7) business days prior to the start date.

Please note that some intensives have pre-determined “make-up” dates in case of cancellation due to weather. We rarely ever need to use the make-up dates, but you are responsible to keep these dates open.

Graduation Requirements and Code of COnduct

Graduation Policy

🪶 To graduate from the program, you must:

  • Attend all classroom time.

  • Satisfactory completion of Practicum assignments and the Certification Quiz.

  • Meet all financial obligations.

Upon completion of the program, a certificate will be provided to you.

Students who miss 4 hours or more of an intensive, must re-enroll in the program at a later time if they want to complete it.

If students miss less than 4 hours of an intensive, they can make up that time in private sessions with a lead trainer; additional costs apply.
