How you stand out with our circle yoga method
Our Advanced 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is built on the Circle Yoga Method—a living practice that honors both tradition and innovation.
We believe that Yoga should meet you where you are, and our approach reflects that.
Our Method is founded on:
🪶 A vision of the human as anti-fragile. Learn to cultivate resilience, adaptability, and strength both on the mat and in life.
🪶 An East–West integration. We weave together the wisdom of Eastern philosophy and Western science, highlighting the merits of both without dismissing either.
🪶 Therapeutic techniques rooted in human development. Our movement system is based on the natural locomotion milestones of infancy, restoring mobility and stability at every level.
🪶 A sophisticated understanding of Yoga. We ground movement, breath, and meditation practices in the philosophy of the ancient world, offering practical tools for transformation.
🪶 Functional movement and postures. We include a unique repertoire of sequences and shapes that are safe, progressive, and challenging for today’s practitioners.
🪶 Yoga adapts to the individual. This method teaches you how to adapt to your students—regardless of age, injury, or experience, in real time.
This training has empowered professionals from diverse fields to elevate their careers and expand their effectiveness in teaching movement, somatic embodiment, breath, and attention. However you choose to apply it—in the studio, therapeutic settings, or within your own professional practice—you’ll gain a lasting framework for transformation that continues to grow with you.
Who is THIS For?
The Advanced 300-Hour Teacher Training is designed for 200hr yoga teachers who are ready to expand their knowledge, skills, and impact.
It’s for you if:
🪷 You’re tired of the same old sun salutations and feel like your classes have become predictable and repetitive.
🪷 Your students keep showing up, but aren’t progressing, and you want the skills to guide them more effectively.
🪷 You want to move beyond memorized sequences and learn how to create classes that flow naturally from human development, functional movement patterns, and embodied principles.
🪷 You feel torn between a purely mechanical focus and an energetic focus—and you want to learn how to integrate both with confidence.
🪷 You see a wide variety of needs in your classes and want to know how to address them all without leaving any students behind.
🪷 You’re giving the right cues, but your students aren’t following along—and you want to learn how to be more precise with your teaching.
If any of this resonates, the Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to fill those gaps and help you become the teacher—and practitioner—you’ve been waiting to be.
Early Bird ($200 off) when you make your deposit before Feb 9, 2026.

“Before the Advanced 300-Hour Training, I approached teaching with a fixed plan, hoping students would fit into it. Now, with a deep understanding of biomechanics, evolutionary development, and student capacities, I can respond to what’s actually happening in the room. The program has given me a process I can apply as a teacher for a lifetime, helping me cultivate presence, curiosity, and adaptability both on and off the mat.”

Training content
Our training unfolds through four immersive intensives, each one building on the last. Each intensive reinforces what came before, while adding new dimensions of depth, nuance, and application. Every intensive includes philosophy, asana, meditation/pranayama, practice teaching, and sequencing.
Intensive 1 lays the foundation for the entire program with chikitsa (therapeutic) practices designed to restore harmony and adaptability in the human system. Drawing from natural developmental movement patterns, we explore the Evolutionary Namaskar and integrate soft tissue mobilization techniques to address mobility limitations and movement compensations.
Intensive 2 introduces Ayurveda and the three doshas as a framework for personalizing practice and harmonizing the system. Biomechanically, we explore how and when to stabilize the spine through the “Big Four” postures and precise language cues. The intensive also dives deeper into the principles of Pranayama and dosha-based adjustments to support both practice and teaching.
Intensive 3 explores Prana and the five Vayus as subtle forces that shape movement, breath, and meditation. You’ll learn to infuse asana, pranayama, and meditation with the qualities of each Vayu, adding depth and nuance to practice. Biomechanically, we focus on squat and posterior chain activations to expand your functional movement repertoire. The intensive also includes a deep dive into the principles of meditation.
Intensive 4 focuses on tailoring practice to students’ capacities, from therapeutic support to functional movement and advanced performance. Biomechanically, we progress to complex multiplane and locomotion-based flows, integrating all previous mobility and stability lessons. The intensive also explores the relationship between Samadhi and the Flow state, offering insight into higher cognitive awareness.
