TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Yoga shows up in many forms.

Over half my life I worked with people in a different capacity than movement and became a sounding board for my clients. Learning about their everyday lives, loves, and complaints grew me out of my shyness and personal anxieties and allowed me to focus on serving them in a way they needed even for only a moment.

I came to know a love for yoga in 2008 and shortly after started my formal training in what has grown to be a necessary need in my life with pursuing my yoga therapy certification.

The way I teach depends on the energy and mood of my clients when they enter the room whether it be a private or public class. My ability to teach in this way I owe to my teachers for teaching me the techniques and self awareness and my maker for giving me this life and working through me to serve others.

I currently teach in a prison population as well as private clients and public classes & workshops at my studio on my home place in Greers Ferry, Arkansas. I love working with all personalities and needs.
