Foundational 200hr YTT / Circle Yoga Method 200-hour Certified / Yoga Alliance RYT200

We recommend starting here!

Whether you are interested in bolstering your personal growth or in pursuing a professional path, this Foundational 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training delivers!

When we say foundational, we mean it. This training goes beyond alignment and asana. Yes, you’ll leave with the skills, confidence, and community support to begin teaching immediately—but you’ll also learn a method of thinking, observing, and speaking that extends far beyond the mat.

The Circle Yoga Method offers more than yoga techniques—it offers a framework for living. This is a way of being that you can carry into every aspect of your life.

No matter your level of previous training, we recommend starting at the 200hr level to get a foundational understanding of our Method.

Try the Circle Yoga Method for yourself.

Experience pranayama like never before with our unique Method–embody an elegant effort that invites you into a deeper relationship with your breath.
Breathwork, or Pranayama, is a potent somatic practice that anchors your attention in the physical body and, therefore, reveals to you what was there all along, yet hidden from direct awareness.

Get a Foundational Training

In our Foundational 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, our trainers will teach you what is foundational to all of the styles of yoga you may encounter or have an interest in practicing and/or teaching, which means a thorough grounding in the five techniques of Hatha Yoga:

  1. Stillness (asana)

  2. Rhythm (vinyasa)

  3. Breath (pranayama)

  4. Integration (bandha)

  5. Presence (drushti)

You will learn how to language and sequence these techniques in ways that continuously reveal their wholeness and invite infinite creativity.

How you arrange them and establish a dominant focus moves them toward "styles" (like vinyasa flow, power yoga, restorative, etc.) and special populations (like pre-natal, elderly, office, children, athletes, and so on).
