Shala Community Day

A day of enjoyment & Connection on the land

Saturday October 18, 2025

10 AM - 4 PM

What is a Community Day at the Shala?

Whether you’re a long-time friend or it’s your first time visiting us, join us for a joyful, restorative day on the land. The Shala Community Day is our version of an open house: a chance to experience the heart of what we do, connect with our community, and just enjoy a beautiful fall day in the Ozarks.

We’ll have beginner-friendly activities throughout the day representative of the practices we offer here—movement, breath, creativity, stillness—all guided by our skilled and welcoming trainers. And in the middle of it all: a lovingly prepared farm-to-table lunch with fresh, local ingredients.

Come solo, bring a friend, bring the family—no experience is needed.

If you're new to the Shala: This is the perfect way to explore who we are, meet the community, and get a feel for our offerings — no pressure, no experience needed.

🧡 If you're already part of our circle: This is your invitation to return, reconnect, and spend a full, nourishing day on the land.

🌱 If you’re curious about starting a practice, exploring teacher training, or just want a good day outside: This is for you too.
