What Are You Looking For?

  • A man in a green t-shirt leaning forward and reaching out with his right arm in a lush green outdoor setting.

    Training

Our trainings are uniquely designed to be both educational and transformational.

Surprisingly down to earth & delightfully deep, our trainings are the real deal, offering you instruction that goes far beyond cookie-cutter. When you train at the Shala you can trust you are investing in an experience that is authentic, transformative, and dedicated to your success.

  • A woman practicing yoga outdoors on a black mat, in a downward dog position during a group yoga class, with other participants in similar poses, under a wooden pavilion surrounded by green trees.

    Retreats

At the Shala, retreats are not an escape from life—they invite a return to wholeness that you can take back home with you.

Here, wellness is not reduced to a set of techniques, but experienced as the living relationship between your inner world and the world around you.

  • A person holding a string of white prayer beads.

    Mentorship

Spiritual Sobriety is a year-long mentorship program with Holly Krepps that invites you to step off the exhausting cycle of self-improvement and into a deeper, more authentic way of living.

You’ll learn to release old patterns, reconnect with your inner truth, and experience genuine clarity, vitality, and peace.

  • A smiling woman wearing a wide-brimmed hat, sleeveless beige top, and gardening gloves, standing outdoors on a wooden deck surrounded by green trees.

    Service

Here at the Shala, service is not separate from practice—it is practice. Through caring for the land and the people on it, service becomes an act of belonging.

We offer both short-term and long-term service paths to help you deepen your connection with yourself, your relationships, and the land.

    Learn

For us, learning is never about consuming information; it is about transformation through practice, so that what you learn becomes known on a cellular level.

Our courses are designed to help you integrate learning into daily life, so that what begins in practice continues to ripple outward—into your relationships, your work, and your way of being in the world.

FAQs

  • We get this question a lot. What we teach in our Foundational 200hr YTT is the basis for all styles. We believe that your Yoga Teacher Training should enable you to teach any style you wish, like for example: Power, Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Pre-Natal and so on. Our other trainings have an overt therapeutic focus, but they are equally suitable to inform all styles of practice.

  • If you’ll be spending the night, bring your bedding (sheets, pillow, blanket) and towels. Bring a water bottle, flashlight (phone flashlight works), yoga mat, and weather appropriate clothing + shoes (sun, rain, snow), bug spray, and sunscreen.

  • Absolutely not. :) We have plenty for your enjoyment.

  • T-Mobile and Verizon provide good signal while on property. AT&T has spotty coverage. Don't forget to turn on "Calls over Wifi" on your phone, if needed, upon arrival.

  • Yes. Wi-fi is available at the pavilion, the barn, and the dining hall. No password is required.
