Our meals are created from the finest ingredients mostly grown at the Shala and/or our neighbouring farms. They are seasonal and organic: apple and grape juice from our orchard and vineyard, honey from our bees, fresh greens, fruit, herbs, edible flowers and vegetables galore.

Our kitchen team is headed up by Matthew, who weaves together his experience as a restaurant and personal chef with Ayurvedic traditions to create a feast for the senses and body.
